The project of motivational traineeships PročByNe? (WhyNot?) is an opportunity for young people who have the courage to pursue their career dreams. Since its opening in 2015 it has offered interesting work experience for more than 70 young people aged from 18 to 25.
Exclusive two-week traineeships allow a first-hand look at the work of their professional idols from the ranks of entrepreneurs, craftsmen, senior managers or politicians.
The goal of motivational traineeships is to enable young people to gain great work experience already during their studies in places that are exceptional and exclusive, thus increasing their chances of a great career. The project spread from the Czech Republic to other countries, including exotic Ghana, an Italian winery, or the Office of the President of the European Parliament in Brussels.
The whole project is organized by the Member of the European Parliament Martina Dlabajová. It has the kind support of the Renew Europe in the European Parliament.
